"For no reason ..." Why do animals behave anyway?

You Men sometimes say that We Animals do something “for no reason”, “for no reason.” But so only People say that who do not understand Us from the word "completely."

In the photo: the resistance of the Horse led to the fall of Man. And the temptation is very great to blame the Horse for everything, to say that she resists "for no reason."

But We Animals do not have anything for no reason.

We are generally very rational beings. But at the same time we do not cycle, like you, on the past or the future. We live here and now. And if we do something (or don’t), it means that here and now we have a good reason for that.

For example, one of the People writes that Her Horse does not obey (“for no reason”), for example, refuses to do some exercise. And other Humans joyfully write in response to how to make this Horse better (how hard to beat - they call it “promote” - and what additional torture tools to use).

Of course, to force - it is easier than looking for reasons. Why the Horse DOES NOT WANT to do what, as the Man believes, it CAN DO? And there can be many reasons. Pain, fatigue, fear, lack of motivation ... Or she just can not - for example, not prepared enough. Or, in the end, does not consider it necessary to do something specifically for THIS Man, because in their relations there is no mutual respect and trust, which means that there is no basis for any kind of joint activity.

But the trick (as My Man likes to say) is that any of these reasons puts the responsibility on you, People. And it makes you strain your brains and look for a solution. But it’s much easier to think that you are absolutely right, and this, We, Animals are so ungrateful and behave strangely. WITHOUT A REASON.
